Dear patients,
It is with mixed emotions that my family and I have decided to return home to our native Illinois. With the birth of our first child, we have further realized the importance of family. I strongly believe that it is an honor and privilege to be able to participate in the health care of others, and it has been my pleasure to serve you and your families. I wish you all continued health and happiness.
Sincerely,
Tom Van Osdol
